By accessing or using TurboEstimate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

TurboEstimate is an AI-powered quote generation platform that helps service professionals create professional quotes and PDF documents. Our service includes AI-assisted quote generation, PDF export functionality, and quote management tools.

User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Plans and Payments

TurboEstimate offers a free plan and paid subscriptions:

• The free Starter plan includes a limited number of quotes each month
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in EUR through Stripe, and the price is shown before you pay
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period
• Promotional offers, such as a free first month, apply only as described at checkout
• We may change prices with prior notice. Changes apply from your next billing period

Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan if you have not generated any quotes on that plan. After that, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. To request a refund, contact us with your account email and payment details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Generate fraudulent or misleading quotes

Intellectual Property

TurboEstimate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Quotes you generate are yours to use for your business purposes.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our quotes are generated using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all quote content before sending to clients. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboEstimate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
