Service Description
TurboEstimate is an AI-powered quote generation platform that helps service professionals create professional quotes and PDF documents. Our service includes AI-assisted quote generation, PDF export functionality, and quote management tools.
User Accounts
To use our service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Credits and Payments
Our service operates on a credit-based system:
- •Credits are required to generate quotes
- •Credit prices are displayed in EUR at checkout
- •All purchases are final and non-refundable once credits are used
- •Unused credits do not expire
- •We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
Refund Policy
Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been used to generate quotes, they are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us with your account details and purchase information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- •Interfere with or disrupt the service
- •Upload malicious code or content
- •Resell or redistribute the service without permission

TurboEstimate and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Quotes you generate are yours to use for your business purposes.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our quotes are generated using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all quote content before sending to clients. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboEstimate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
